Even though you are from Sydney I bet you haven't heard of the organisation, KWASS - The Korean Women's Art Society in Sydney. It's a Sydney based art community for Korean women only. They hold numerous exhibitions and seminars every year. This time from 1 June to 29 June the latest exhibition - 'Mangae' is held at the Fountain Court Gallery in Sydney Parliament House.
One of my family member is participated in this event, so I made myself travel to the gallery on the opening night. Some shots from the event.
You will find a good mixture of excellent photos, painting and other types of art works. I personally never been to the Parliament house before, the first time I entered into the building. I have to say the tax payers' money has been well spent inside. The interior of the exhibition room was great.
Although they only open during the inconvenient weekdays, but if you happen to stay in the city, it's a good place to visit. If you are new to Sydney, then it's a bonus place as it's quite close to the Opera House :)
All the photos were taken with Finepix X100.
Thanks for visiting.
